3TIL9 Policy

The canonical policy for 3TIL9 media, creator support, and artist income.

3TIL9 is the media, music, and creator-support arm operating under Ark of Next. It functions as an independent archive and cultural production interface.

Artist Income Split

For artist-specific net income, 3TIL9 uses a simple 50/50 model: 50% to the artist and 50% to 3TIL9 for production, distribution, infrastructure, recovery of costs, and continued mission work.

Net income means income remaining after direct platform, payment, manufacturing, shipping, marketplace, refund, and required transaction costs.

  • 50% Artist Share — paid to the artist, collaborator, or designated beneficiary.
  • 50% 3TIL9 Mission Share — used for production recovery, distribution, media tools, promotion, infrastructure, grants, free releases, and future artist support.

Memorial Artist Designation: For memorial or continuation artists, the Artist Share may go to the designated family beneficiary or caretaker only where that rule has been explicitly set.

Consent and Releases: For living real artists, models, collaborators, or voice/image contributors, 3TIL9 should document consent for the intended use of name, likeness, voice, image, training material, release, monetization, or AI-assisted production.

General Support vs. Artist Support: General merch, general support, infrastructure support, and non-artist-specific support may be used for the broader 3TIL9 mission and is not automatically split as artist-specific income.

No tax-deductible status is claimed for any support to 3TIL9.
