Every grant must be documented with: purpose, amount, recipient or case identity, AI rationale for the grant, conflict-of-interest review, and no-private-benefit review.

What Funds May NOT Be Used For
- ‣Personal rent, personal food, personal debts, personal taxes
- ‣Gifts to insiders
- ‣Donor-directed payments to named private persons
- ‣Undisclosed compensation
- ‣Private benefit unrelated to the project purpose
No Donor-Directed Grants
Donors may not earmark funds for specific private individuals. All grants are decided by the AI system based on the project's purpose and public-benefit criteria.
Transparency
Periodic public summaries of how funds are used will be published. The project maintains a public ledger of grants and expenditures.
